Initiate Your Request

Log into your Parivie account or visit our Support Portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
